Explanations
Dec. 4th, 2006 12:44 pmWe were playing Apples to Apples Junior with Rhys. The rules we use are even simpler than the real ones: we pick a green (adjective) card and three red (noun) cards, and cooperatively decide which noun fits the adjective best.
The adjective was "Slippery". Rhys picked "Christmas".
Vicki: "Why?"
Rhys: "Because Christmas is snowy and icy, and snow and ice are slippery."
Not what I would have thought of, but pretty sensible as these things go.
